“The important thing is not to stop questioning.

Curiosity has its own reason for existence.”

-Albert Einstein

What I love most about exploring various literature is that it allows me to gain a different perspective, see through someone else’s eyes for that brief time that I am engrossed in that world.

Professionally, I find consulting multiple sources on subjects my clients are struggling with nurtures that same ability to take various perspectives and I encourage my clients to engage in this same exploration.

I would like to use this space to share resources that I have found useful in my practice and in my personal life.

I hope that you find something that resonates for you.
